Understanding Our Pricing
All prices displayed on AsaanlyBiz are our professional service charges only. Government fees, statutory charges, challan amounts, stamp duty, and any third-party portal payments are NOT included in these prices and must be paid separately by the client. The exact government fees vary by service and will be communicated to you before processing.
Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be considered when cancellation is raised before work has started on the service. Once service processing has begun, refund eligibility depends on the completion stage.
Partial Refunds
If a service is partially completed, only a partial refund may be processed after deducting effort, consultation, document handling, and operational charges already incurred.
Government Fees
Government fees, statutory charges, challan amounts, and third-party portal payments are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority, even if the service is canceled later.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
